i-Ready (district Math curriculum) Resources for Parents

Current Topic

Since almost all the students have mastered their multiplication facts, we will skip the review of Unit 2, Multiplication, and jump straight to Unit 3, Area and Word Problems.  If your child still doesn’t know all the multiplication facts 1 to 10, please ensure he or she studies and practices daily for 30 minutes.  The students only have three more weeks to memorize the multiplication facts before taking the AK STAR test.

The students are encouraged to complete, at least, two i-Ready math lessons at home each week.

The students who haven’t mastered their multiplication facts should practice every night for 15+ minutes.
